The Freedom Trail walking tour takes  1-1/2 hours, is 1-mile, starts in Boston Common, and ends at Faneuil Hall, and visits 11-historic sites, including:

  1. Old State House (cir. 1713)

  2. “New” State House (cir. 1795)

  3. Old Granary Burying Ground (gravesites of  Samuel Adams, Paul Revere & John Hancock)

  4. Boston Massacre site

  5. Old South Meeting House where the “Boston Tea Party” left to throw tea in Boston Harbor!                                     

The Freedom Trail starts at the Visitor Center at 139 Tremont Street in Boston Common, near Park Street Station, and the walking tours leave from there.
